Evolve is an initiative being led by physicians and the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) to drive high quality care for patients in Australia and New Zealand. It is part of a global movement that curates the latest evidence to keep medical specialists up to date with contemporary clinical practice and deliver care that is right for each patient. That means identifying and working to reduce clinical practices, which in some clinical contexts are overused, provide little or no benefit, or may even cause unnecessary harm.

Evolve recommendations for 18 specialties can be viewed and downloaded from the Evolve website - https://evolve.edu.au/. RACP connects, represents and trains over 16,500 Physicians and 8,000 trainees from 33 different specialties, across Australia and New Zealand.
